DMCA Takedown Policy
Loud-Hailer respects the intellectual property rights of others and requests that you do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Loud-Hailer, Inc. (“LHI”) has adopted the general policy below toward copyright infringement. We reserve the right to: (1) block access to, or remove material that we believe in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed over our system, and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders
If you are the copyright owner and believe that content or material residing on or accessible through the LHI system infringes your copyright, you may send notice to LHI’s agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright or trademark that is allegedly infringed;
- A description of the work you claim has been infringed;
- A screenshot of the message containing the material you claim is infringing and the time and date you received the message;
- Your address, telephone number, email address and all other information reasonably sufficient to permit Company to contact you;
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or trademark owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Privacy.
The notice should the Company’s agent with the subject “DMCA copyright infringement notification.”

If we receive proper notice of copyright infringement, we reserve the right to take actions including any or all of the following:
- Removing or disabling access to the infringing material;
- Notifying the user, customer, or other individual or entity who is accused of infringement (‘accused infringer’) that we have removed or disabled access to the applicable material; and
- Terminating access to the LHI Services if the accused infringer is a repeat offender.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
